kindness can have a functional role (not just ask un'informazioen and receive, but for example the other party notice a detail of my clothing that reminds me of additional information), but also a purely relational (Ask a question, but do not get chatted amiably of this and that with an interesting person). In some cases I might not get what he asked but that I would get things expect (Serendipity), or just feel happy for the quality of the report regardless of the attainment of functional purposes. All this of course is also valid in the negative.
The goal is explained in detail as possible how and why the kindness or lack thereof has been important in the interactions observed (of course choosing the interesting cases among those who have available).
I find, however, quite surreal that after over a month since the beginning of the course, and after that every time you are asked if everything is clear and no one opens his mouth or nearly two days of delivery someone (anonymous) claims to have no understand what we are working for 5 weeks.

Within 20 hours next Monday all groups should send email at the usual tables for the presentation on Tuesday.
